On February 12, 2024, we were honored to host keynote speaker, Carol Isozaki, at our first Quest Team Meeting of the year. If you haven’t had the opportunity to hear Carol speak, she is truly one in a million! She is the brilliant mind behind the Plan To Be Amazing (PTBA™) Leadership Program and we were so grateful to get the opportunity to spend the day with her, learning and growing as a team.
We left with a greater understanding of what it means to be “amazing” not only in the professional world, but in our everyday interactions. In the relocation business, we work closely with people who are at a pivotal time in their life – a time when big changes are happening. Although support is key, the way in which we deliver that support consistently and with heart is what truly matters in the end.
Carol reinforced the importance of bringing the best version of ourselves to the table, with each and every interaction – showing up and delivering with greater intentionality is key. Her passion, enthusiasm, and approach when it comes to PTBA™ is contagious. Our team left feeling inspired and ready to take action. We are all very excited about putting our own personal Plan To Be Amazing in action!
